Restaurant: King Ludwig Beerhall (Fashion Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時搭巴士成日經過轉角位呢間餐廳,今日心血來潮去食,呢到係一間德國餐廳。入面個裝修真係好有德國既氣氛。頭盤我地簡左德國風乾肉拚芝士拼盤,份量好足! 除左風乾肉之外,仲有燒豬腩片同埋德國面包pretzel,好豐富。芝士就有2款,分別係藍芝士同埋金文畢芝士。金文畢芝士奶味濃厚,口感幼滑,仲有少少似平時食牛油個陣味! 藍芝士相對濃味,配上餅乾,咸香咁食幾正。紅椰菜沙律酸酸地,好開胃,中和左芝士既膩感。Pretzel可以配上入口順滑既牛仔肝醬,幾好食。除左regular既餐點,因為正值冬天,仲有特別推出左冬日餐點,我地都簡左入面既紅酒燴牛尾配珍珠洋蔥。一上台時都嚇親,因為份量因為好多! 牛尾肉質鮮嫩,吸曬紅酒既香氣,而且好多膠原蛋白,有D位置有啫喱既口感! 呢個餐點係配炸蕃薯條,蕃薯甘甜,外皮好酥脆,而內裡就鬆軟,就算凍左都好食。臨走時見到cashier有擺賣賀年糕點既單張,今期係同安記海味crossover賣鮑魚蘿蔔糕,睇落都好吸引,感覺送禮都幾唔錯!
