荃灣廣場睇戲前搵食,一出大壩街太多餐廳選擇,反正有點時間,邊間餐廳多人就揀邊間見到番茄18 7pm已經坐滿人,本身都鍾意蕃茄湯底夠開胃,就等一陣試下啦。裝修好有特色,懷舊小香港,睇得出店主好有心思。既然係用蕃茄做招牌,老公就點個蕃茄湯底+上海麵,另加肥牛+素菜+白菜豬肉餃。個湯底好濃,但唔會係加好重茄膏,食得出係新鮮蕃茄蓉整成既湯底,濃到起沙,非常開胃,個湯係飲哂我無理由點同一個湯底,係花腸雞湯同胡椒豬肚雞揀左一輪,決定試下胡椒豬肚雞,佢用電話點菜,非常貼心有得揀多湯,岩哂我呢d 湯都飲哂既人。估唔到湯底咁濃郁,胡椒味夠辣但唔會搶唒d 雞味,好大碗,我食唔哂d 米線但飲哂d 湯。另外再叫隻瑞士汁雞脾,好入味,個汁應該煲左好耐,肉質都夠滑。仲要讚係佢個菠蘿冰係用新鮮菠蘿,唔係罐頭,非常有誠意。呢間係高質茶記,埋單先$173, 飽到飛起去睇戲
