行Mira Mall見到呢間餐廳環境幾大又冇咩人食,加上係葡國菜幾特別,除左係澳門會食平時都好少機會食得到。上網見食評話要食呢個傳統烤沙甸魚,個人覺得烤得好脆而且唔腥。不過朋友覺得太多骨,如果唔慣食魚既人都唔建議叫呢碟菜,因為都好多細骨。我地3個人,烤乳豬要左四分一隻(要預訂先有嫁),都夠曬食。乳豬皮脆肉嫩,少許脂肪加上厚厚既嫩肉🐷配埋個葡式茄汁炒飯,配上臘腸令到個飯有油脂香,不過個人覺得配提子乾落去炒有點兒怪。馬介休炒椰菜反而我只係食到蒜香味,偏油但唔會太油膩。上網再搜尋下咩叫馬介休,其實係鱈魚經鹽醃製而成,唔少葡萄牙菜與澳門葡式美食會落既主要材料。最後呢個白汁煙肉蘑菇意粉就一般,但芝士味都好濃好Creamy
