喺團購見到新蒲崗開咗間酒店,好似好多嘢食,而且價錢好合理,即刻買兩張試吓。酒店嘅位置並唔係咁方便,而食物係好多樣化,但無咩係特別好食,反而酒店設計時尚新穎有特色,裝飾擺設亦比較吸引。生蠔係即開,但係冇咩海水鮮味。焗龍蝦,蝦肉唔多亦比較細隻,味道係唔錯嘅。涷蝦,紐西蘭青口,鱈場蟹腳,翡翠螺。涷蝦新鮮,蟹腳亦唔太鹹,而青口同翡翠螺色澤以及味道都唔太吸引。鵝肝,燒牛西冷我欣賞,鵝肝充滿油香,用餅乾減油膩感,無用多士咁厚,感覺無咁乾。牛西冷大大件,顏色吸引又唔韌。燒味有叉燒,燒肉,豉油雞。牛仔骨,雞翼,焗魚普通。羊架有肥膏,肉質仲係粉紅,豬頸肉亦惹味。日式蒸水蛋配黑松露醬食唔出有黑松露味,反而燒腸類幾好。即製煙肉磨菌白汁長通粉,啲汁夠Creamy。甜品就無咩大驚喜。
