To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The Soft Cheese, Corn, and Pork Pan-Fried Dumplings combine the deliciousness of pork, the sweetness of corn, and the richness of cheese, adding a new flavor to traditional pan-fried dumplings. The outer skin is usually crispy, while the filling is very tender.

We also had Celery, Coriander, and Pork Soup Dumplings.The pork filling combined with the fresh aroma of coriander made the whole soup dumpling very refreshing. The broth is usually a clear soup, and the dumpling skin is thin yet elastic, perfectly wrapping the filling. This pairing with the soup is very harmonious, making it a dish suitable for various occasions.

For appetizer we ordered Chongqing Century Egg, and we asked for it to be mildly spicy. It was really tasty!
