收工後同朋友去銅鑼灣食日本野,試咗呢度嘅招牌 究極炎之丼,大大碗鋪滿炙燒魚生,性價比都幾高。究極炎之丼 Assorted Aburi Sashimi Donburi $138面頭嘅魚生加上芝士,炙燒至焦香。師傅本來已預先調好味,有芝士、洋蔥同五味粉,唔洗再加豉油。帶子肉質厚實鮮甜,而左口魚燒過後更濃魚油香氣。芝士炙蝦同三文魚就正常發揮。另外見到人哋個究極海鮮杯好靚,我都即刻點返個嚟打卡。角切三文魚、蟹肉、吞拿魚蓉、三文魚子同埋海膽分層咁鋪喺個酒杯入面,真係好igable 🤣我朋友就叫咗個蟹皇丼 Crab Donburi $138呢個丼有蟹籽、蟹肉同蟹膏,面頭都有加上炙燒過嘅芝士,朋友就話啖啖肉好滿足。最後叫咗個清酒煮蜆,蜆湯鮮甜清酒味濃。蜆無沙,有廿幾隻都算抵食。
