To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前曾在將軍澳的分店「小魚兒」品嚐過烤魚,今晚來到尖沙咀店鋪,想食雞煲多些,於是便叫了重慶雞煲(小辣半隻),店員細心地指導我們如何烹調,數分鐘後攪勻便可即食,辣度啱啱好,十分惹味。吃完雞煲、換上湯底,火鍋正式開始!我們叫了精選美國肥牛片、鴨血、牛丸拼香菇丸、炸魚皮、炸響鈴等食物,食材都十分新鮮!小食方面,椒鹽豆腐及酥炸生蠔都炸得非常香脆!飲品我們點了西柚乳酸爆珠梳打及荔枝乳酸爆珠梳打,兩款特色飲品,味道都十分清新,值得一試。
