何蘭正主打摩登fusion菜!焗釀大烤菇配香料羊肉腸,大啡菇肥大肉厚,而且菇味濃郁,最好食就係烤焗,配上香料羊肉腸同水牛芝士係絕佳的配搭,上面既脆炸牛蒡片最有意思,酥酥脆脆,加強烤菇口感的對比。法國走地豬五花肉半肥瘦黑叉燒,啖啖肉,用左黑糖黑醬油頗惹味,真空清新薄荷西瓜,有特色!鹽燒智利海鱸魚柳,海鱸魚肉質嫩滑,味鮮又唔腥,配酸辣頭水紫菜醬,仲有蒜香烤玉子豆腐,好特別。西班牙油炸鬼,其實係西班牙傳統甜品Churros,但確實有幾分似中式油炸鬼,味道甜甜地,新鮮炸起,口感脆口,可以點榛子朱古力醬同檸蜜意大利芝士醬,好好食呀!Cocktail亦有特色,成人黑牛,有雪糕有whisky,而咸檸氈就真係有Gin!
