TGIF! 同朋友預先訂咗中環一間新開嘅餐廳,揀呢間嘅原因系喺網上見到有好多特色好有創意嘅cocktail同埋菜式,有別於出面嘅款式。中環好多餐廳嘅位置都好吊腳,呢間都吾例外🥲喺士丹頓街,搭架巴士去到半山再行番落黎仲方便。裏面嘅環境都幾啱女仔去打卡,桌椅同埋牆身都系灰色同粉紅色做主題,搭配得好靚😍✨主菜嘅價錢喺度黎講都幾進取🙈二百幾蚊至三百幾蚊不等,老闆就推介燒春雞比我地食。首先叫咗杯Gin Ever,裡面有batch Jin、home made dried sweet peel syrup、檸檬汁同埋西柚汁,覺得呢杯都幾易入口,甜甜哋,吾系好識飲酒嘅人都可以飲。Tea Tone就有 kyoto dry jin、hojicha liqueur、yogurt同埋apple juice,都飲到少少茶味嘅,中意佢用咗呢家流行嘅焙茶黎做材料之一,仲有乳酪同埋蘋果汁,比人感覺酒精濃度就低啲。洋蔥圈配芥末蛋黃醬又幾好食😋洋蔥圈表面脆脆哋,雖然系炸嘅但一啲都吾油膩,都幾大件嘅。食食吓個外皮就好易甩咗出黎😂跟住食到入面戈舊洋蔥。呢家香港好興食fusion菜,冬陰醬海鮮意粉。材料有海蝦、墨魚、蜆肉,啲海

呢家香港好興食fusion菜,冬陰醬海鮮意粉。材料有海蝦、墨魚、蜆肉,啲海鮮都好新鮮同鮮味,尤其海蝦同埋墨魚非常爽口彈牙👍🏼份量都吾少啊。諗到用冬陰功醬呢樣材料都好有創意,將泰菜嘅元素混入咗入去,辣辣哋同埋有適量嘅椰漿味。

燒春雞系原隻,就咁黎到戈陣已經聞到勁香🤤側邊仲有釀雜菌同埋新薯,啲雜菌竟然都出奇地好食😂燒春雞幾易切,燒春雞裡面啲雞肉做到嫩滑都吾系一件好易嘅事,佢都做到。

店員都推介我地去室外嘅範圍望吓,有得坐喺度食野chill吓☺️佢地仲好有心思種吾同嘅水果,有牌仔系各類水果嘅名,綠化環境又優美,有新鮮嘅空氣。幾盞富士山嘅燈飾都好靚🗻擺喺室外尤其適合。
