收工Fridate去咗山頂睇下夜境,山頂廣場有間fusion菜性價比好高,除咗食物質素高外,佢個環境真係好靚,睇晒山頂嘅風境,仲有outdoor seating,好浪漫。餐廳裝修走懷舊路線,好有舊時香港嘅味道。食物就偏中西餐,依呢個地段同靚境,價錢都算合理。沙葛毛豆蟹肉多士($108)- 仲以為係普通嘢,點知有驚喜。個多士係烘到脆脆嘅蒜蓉包,上面放咗滿滿嘅蟹肉同啲毛豆,口感一流。懷舊鐵板豬面青肉煎釀山水豆腐($128)- 更高層次嘅煎釀豆腐👍🏿豆腐放係煎pan上熱辣辣好好食,個豆腐表面仲燒到微脆,夾埋豬肉更美味。雍雅山房特色炸乳鴿($178)- 呢個一定要試,炸乳鴿個皮勁脆口,肉質鮮嫩啖啖肉。烤美國頂級牛扒配風乾蕃茄醬($388)- 份量都唔少,牛扒烤到啱啱好,嫩得嚟又唔會過韌,配上蕃茄醬好開胃。伴碟仲有帶子同薯仔👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿櫻花蝦蔥油拌麵($128)- 看似好plain點知食到停唔到口。首先佢個麵係好彈牙,撈埋櫻花蝦同蔥油好惹味,整體炒到乾身同好入味。意式提拉米蘇蛋糕($68)- 咖啡味好重,蛋糕濕潤,但細舊咗啲。仲嗌咗兩杯特飲,賣相好有懷舊味~紅豆椰子沙冰($88)-底下有好多紅豆
