To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家人生日,於放工特別去觀塘成業工業大廈10樓取純素蛋糕,所以想在同區買素食外賣,一查見紫竹林在同一大廈1樓,就在落的電梯按1字。出𨋢右轉再左去盡頭,不難找到餐廳。進去見職員有打掃,以為已休息,一問職員好確定的可以進座,可惜我是要外賣,但他都不介意。原好想要招牌叉燒,但生日主角近期不能吃燒烤炸物,所以最後點了最保守的羅漢齋上素。店員收了錢請我坐著等。知道該店有定期派飯行善推廣素食,做了功德就在唸觀音。期間聽到師傅開雪櫃切菜開鑊,忙碌約20分鐘便有熱騰騰的羅漢齋上素。回家倒出有一大碟,用料足,在底的大量芽菜倒了在面,進口感到少油也不咸,餸飯一流。有爽口竹笋,但因皮膚情況全要放棄 :~( 。
