To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特製雞煲味道唔錯

同朋友過生日，去就近屋企嘅餐廳，我又唔想去普通大排檔同佢慶生日咁求其，所以就去咗間附近嘅餐廳打邊爐 雞煲我哋嗌咗半隻雞小辣，加咗手切鮮牛同肥牛各一份，價錢中位價，嘢食都幾新鮮。佢哋嘅雞煲上枱時未熟晒，我哋怕煮到窿底，所以我哋用細火小小滾熟佢。雞肉個樣應該喺走過油，食落幾滑幾香口，佢哋嘅麻辣醬好香好濃味，但略嫌有小小鹹。手切肥牛同手切鮮牛肉都好鮮紅，感覺幾新鮮，煮完之後肉質差無幾，下次可以試吓佢哋嘅手切牛肩脊
