To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食譚仔三哥，一直都覺得三個比較好食，佢有佢哋獨特嘅香辣味道，叫咗一碗麻辣腩肉特辣，發覺佢哋特辣都唔算好難，點解咁呢⋯同以前比較起，按住佢將依家啲個獨立只不過係普通嘅中辣咋嘛，不過整體還好啦另外就叫咗一個三哥酸辣中辣，配雞肉，覺得雞肉好乾，好鞋，不過份量可以😌！而且覺得三哥酸辣好似仲辣過麻辣特辣最後叫咗一個土匪雞翼，五隻， $30 ，雖然唔算貴，不過都唔算好平，質素同以往一樣，外皮比較趣，幾香，不過啲肉爆開晒，啲骨都斷開的，所以好多渣
