辛苦搵黎自在食!!! 平時番工咁多野做, 梗係間唔中都要慰勞下自己!! 今時今日係香港食中菜唔會特別平, 愈係手工菜愈特別就會愈貴,所以~今晚就黎左禮賓傳食下特首會食咩!一出電梯門就見到鋪頭名, 雖然地方唔大, 但佈置得好有型格中國風~一坐低開完茶就睇下有咩食~唔洗一陣就好快開始上菜啦~~哩度好好, 個分好哂每個人既分量比你, 再會等你食完一道菜先上另一道, 唔會撻到凍哂~首先有, 迷你鮑魚多士細細件, 有小乾鮑+青瓜片+炸脆多士因為有青瓜夾中間, 唔會太油膩, 鮑魚煮得好稔身燕窩釀雞翼埋黎睇埋黎睇!!!!!快啲望下!!!!勁多燕窩!!!!皮烤到好脆, 用叉拮入去有卜卜脆既聲音, 好香燒烤味, 但又唔濃味, 係真正既小小咸多多脆羊肚菌燉螺頭好足料呀~ 湯好清唔油膩, 好濃菌類味道, 有螺頭提高鮮味, 每碗湯入面都有一大粒螺頭三粒羊肚菌再加一小粒瘦肉鮮蟹肉大良炒鮮奶原本以為會好淡味, 但我錯啦, 食左一啖之後覺得出乎意料咁好味, 味道唔啖, 炒鮮奶好滑, 蟹肉好足料, 每啖都食到有蟹肉, 加左醋有少少酸味, 更加食到蟹肉鮮味紅燒花膠芡汁係焦點, 應該有用鮑魚汁有底汁, 花膠有一定厚度,

必食!必食!!! 一上枱已經聞到好香椰汁味, 個汁好厚身, 唔似坊間好似水狀咁! 個椰汁已經咁正, 再加上兩粒麻蓉湯丸~PERFECT!!!
