早幾回提到萬年大廈有孖舖上陣,七月頭品嚐過靈魂烹鳥後,深覺「希鳥」嘅割烹料理高質豐盛,一收到消息連體嘅姊妹店「うしどき」(Ushidoki)於月中啟業,即使只有午市十二點一輪,用餐時間仲要成兩個半小時,肥肥家族都要盡快抽空週六一試。網上訂座全英語操作,只需填上少少個人資料,包括聯絡電郵及電話,不用預繳訂金,簡易得很!餐廳中午準十二點正開門,拉開黑色木門再行經日式布簾即可安心進場。兩間店舖間隔相似,除咗有間可容納六人嘅私人廂房(最低消費額為$10,000)之外,用餐大堂都係以吧位圍繞著開放式廚房,務求貴客可直接觀賞師傅嘅手藝。不同之處在於「うしどき」嘅座位只有十三個,亦即少「希鳥」五個位,光線更充裕,配上正常高度嘅椅櫈感覺自然地比高櫈端莊。室內裝潢簡約,圓圓嘅燈籠帶有傳統和風氣息,牛牛畫品及以店名繪出嘅靚碟則時尚雅致。唯一不知是否外出炎熱嘅天氣影響下,冷氣溫度唔係幾夠凍,連一向唔怕熱嘅媽咪都滴哂汗。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用餐具、口罩套及餐牌。用上嘅牛牛筷子座菂薂到題。入座後即有熱毛巾及熱茶,睇清楚啲原來茶杯係分咗男女版架,細緻得很!餐店剛剛取得酒牌,開瓶費設為$400/樽普通裝紅、白、汽
