「狗毛」作為餐廳名字聽起來奇怪、原來源至英國俗語"Hair of the dog" 解宿醉的酒、有以毒攻毒之意。第四間「狗毛」—狗四在蘭桂坊開設一間集合酒吧跟泰菜的特色餐廳。地方倘大、空間感十足、窗旁的梳化卡座挺舒服。想喝兩杯可直接到吧檯、或者跟朋友玩darts/beer pong。Sangria Red $73以紅酒調配的Sangria Red,酒味唔算重、反而水果粒令其果味頗突出。Pina Colada $53Pina Colada反而較重酒味。免治豬肉生菜包 $88豬肉粒香辣惹味、生菜亦爽脆。不嗜辣的朋友建議要少辣、始終泰國師傅普遍煮得較辣。鐵板一口牛 $88熱騰騰端上、一口牛唔會韌、同樣惹味亦帶焦香。菠蘿炒飯 $128有蟹柳、魷魚、鮮蝦、新鮮菠蘿粒、吃到底還有很多配料。淋上泰式辣醬、伴著肉鬆吃酸酸甜甜好醒胃。如果腰果炸得更脆會更好!
