朋友帶我去左灣仔分店食,第一次食到咁好味嘅牛骨湯窩,湯底香濃味美,窩裡面好多野食,有牛什、牛腩、 蘿蔔同連少少筋同肉嘅牛骨(268蚊)。花雕豬腦同外面做法不同,先輕微 焯熟豬腦定型,再浸花雕酒(48蚊)。口感如花雕味嘅鵝肝。牛舌選用新鮮貨無雪味,肉質牛味重富彈性(188蚊)。個湯底令我著迷,一定會再有下次。
