To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖說係大企業,明既,唔洗做得好好,又唔洗要留客,不過都可以好D,個炒蛋都OK的,KEEP到都係滑蛋,不過,魚柳真係好差,我食到炸粉一定仲多過魚,好似食GE麵粉咁~蘿蔔糕都冇乜好講,味冇料冇甚至蘿蔔都唔多,有少少啦,粉就最多,不過都預左GE,講真大集團的早餐係咁GA啦!但係愈加愈貴,呢家一個最平早餐都成30蚊LU~加個通粉同凍飲分分鐘$40啦~HAHAAA
