放工約了Yan到想去好耐的百味閣食飯,感覺歷史悠久的餐廳,主打豉油西餐(港式西餐),據聞好味又抵食,今次終於有機會去了,膽粗粗冇book位,早點去到博下,7:00前去,有位。餐廳裝潢甚有懷舊之感,天花板的彩色玻璃、古典優雅,白牆上的舊照、枱布、藤椅及花瓶擺設,餅櫃裡的蛋糕,有種兒時的回憶呢。餐牌,都幾多選擇,要了兩份精選套餐。霸王花湯,西餐廳竟然有中湯,必試,難得飲下湯水,味道清甜,不俗,配蒜蓉包。法式鵝肝牛柳"露仙尼"伴炸薯、青菜及燒汁,$188。一場來到食個人氣之選,牛柳上放了鵝肝,好奇菜名Rossini的由來,原來以意大利歌劇作曲家Gioacchino Rossini命名,又學多樣野了~煎鵝肝香口油潤,牛柳肉質鮮嫩,肉味濃,配上濃稠的醬汁及黃芥末更美味。焗南瓜布甸伴吉士薑汁。有特色的甜品,微熱的布甸,入口軟腍,內有南瓜蓉,香甜的南瓜味,甜甜的薑汁味,滿足,感覺有點似焗西米布甸。熱咖啡,正常水準。臨走時侍應送的雪花餅,餐廳自家製,有心思呢。獅子山下的豉油西餐,懷舊氣氛濃厚,食物味道不俗,又抵食,坐得舒適,服務態度有禮貌,下次有機要再來。
