To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係灣仔做野咁耐,每蓬出去食LUNCH,我多數都食快餐,因為平又飽肚。但食得多始終都會厭,開始食茶記、冰室等。今次發現一間款式唔多,但專賣炒蛋既冰室—旺記冰室1點正黎到,門口已經出現長龍,全條街就得佢一間排梗隊,非常受歡迎!! 等左半個鐘終於可以入座,由於小店舖位唔大,所以座位好迫,坐我隔離果位小姐傾計傾到手舞足蹈,不停撞我但都無唔好意思….朋友點左個日本滑蛋雙併飯,而我就鮮薑汁豬潤通粉餐日本滑蛋雙併飯 ($58)落單後五分鐘都唔駛就上到枱,外貎真係好吸引!! 炒蛋真係好滑溜,再加上蔥花一齊炒,充滿蔥香既蛋同叉燒好襯。朋友話個豉油汁好好味,但我就覺得同平時既甜豉油分別唔大。至於蝦仁有五粒,爽口但蝦味唔重鮮薑汁豬潤通粉餐 ($46)呢個等得耐D,估計係新鮮煮出黎,非常辣口! 豬潤大概有五大塊,每塊都有0.5cm左右厚,好嫩滑,唔會話煮到粉哂。個薑汁湯薑味唔會太濃列,調味岩岩好,整體成個通粉都唔錯通粉餐加左錢轉豬仔包 ($5)本身想健康d食厚麥包多士,但等位果陣見到多士太普通,豬仔包外貎相對較吸引,結果係無決定錯!! 豬仔包食材雖然簡單,但小店整得好好;全個包面都烘到脆卜卜,加上牛油同煉奶,

凍既偏甜,熱既就奶同茶既比例岩岩好,無話咩味特別重

總體食物質素唔錯,炒蛋真係好滑又好味,女仔黎講份量岩岩好食到飽,但男仔就會細份左d;如果唔駛排隊既話都可以再試,不竟lunch時間分秒必爭嘛!
