To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬扒麵好、通菜超正

上兩個星期，路經保安道，想找興發，卻找不到，今日再來，终於找到，個門口非常起眼，要行入八、九呎先至係門口，做咗安心也非常猶豫推門而入，裹面有八、九張圓枱，裝修殘舊但都整潔。坐抵當然叫店內拿手出品。🌟精製豬扒米粉炸豬扒和米粉分開上，米粉纯天然無添加，碗内只有雪菜，非常清，炸扒后上，扒質非常薄但不影響口感，脆粉不厚，啱到好處，扒質不鞋好味。🌟腐乳通菜灼得青青綠綠，沒有一條淤黑👍，腐乳味濃鹹有甜味，非常可口。可能興發都開咗一段時間，大部份食客都是街坊，價錢又平，可返的食店。

炸豬扒和米粉分開上，米粉纯天然無添加，碗内只有雪菜，非常清，炸扒后上，扒質非常薄但不影響口感，脆粉不厚，啱到好處，扒質不鞋好味。
🌟腐乳通菜
灼得青青綠綠，沒有一條淤黑👍，腐乳味濃鹹有甜味，非常可口。

可能興發都開咗一段時間，大部份食客都是街坊，價錢又平，可返的食店。
