呢個係老闆必叫食物,連侍應都知佢想要點整。呢舊野叫做artichoke(【植】朝鮮薊(形似百合果的綠果),洋薊),其實都無咩肉食,只係每塊葉底部有少少膏狀物俾你食,點埋醬其實都幾好味。老闆重話買佢種子自己種!

呢隻tiger prawns都係雪藏蝦,但肉質都彈牙,而佢特別既地方係汁,似咖哩色但甜甜地,配菜同薯仔粒索晒d汁之後,頓時變成靈魂!

呢個係我特意叫,因為佢個名叫做“Greek Moussaka”,個人實在太喜歡食Greek dishes,而香港希臘餐廳實在太少,所以見到呢個dish點都要試下。先介紹係咩來,面係蕃茄醬,中間係茄子,而最底係碎羊肉,我曾經試過呢個dish,所以對佢有少少期望,可惜佢羊味唔夠羶味,茄子未煮到好“林”狀態,而且蕃茄醬味太濃,蓋過左羊味,更加食唔到茄子味,所以呢個dish有少少可惜,不過都唔太差既!

最後老闆order左個牛油果蟹cocktail,味道幾特別,蟹肉同醬(我覺得係千島醬)加入牛油果壓碎再混合,味道幾特別,食落去都細味到牛油果同肉之別,但再次醬太濃蓋過左蟹味或牛酒果味。

最後來個甜品,老闆知我想試Pavlova,但心其實係想食Tiramisu,所以就叫左呢兩個desserts啦!點解我咁想食Tiramisu﹖係因為酒濃咖啡味重,食落去兩種味二合為一,完全感受到Tiramisu應有既味道,但可惜琴晚真係差左少少,酒同咖啡味都唔重,好普通既Tiramisu,而老闆既Pavlova就太酸,passion fruit既味好重,如果自問係一個鍾意食酸野又愛passion fruit同strawberry既人,呢個甜品就一定岩你口味!

唔知係唔係忙準備情人節,見佢地又吹波又插玫瑰花,而忽略左其他野,連上菜都好急,天氣始終凍凍地,野食好易都凍埋。去咁多次覺得呢次真係差少少,不過意外地老闆請食飯,希望下次再去可以食得番之前既水準啦!
