今晚來了西環看醫生,然後便來了這裡獨自晚餐,很多獨食選擇,最後選擇了刺身壽司定食:《精選壽司盛7貫 配 豬骨濃湯烏冬 $160》7貫有:三文魚、油甘魚、蝦、火灼蝶魚邊、日本鮮帶子、魚子拖羅蓉、玉子(因為我是不吃蝦的,所以餐廳友善的替我將蝦改成了吞拿魚。)壽司大件,份量很足。魚子拖羅蓉很creamy;日本鮮帶子厚身鮮甜再配上黑松露更惹味;火灼蝶魚邊很有脂香,配上蔥更香口;玉子清甜;三文魚和吞拿魚都很合格。豬骨濃湯烏冬的烏冬彈牙煮得剛好,而且湯底香濃,而且不會令我口渴,相信沒有添加味精。《油甘魚魚鮫 $88》 油甘魚魚鮫很大件,而且魚肉亦多;魚皮燒得香口微脆,一咬即有魚汁嗌出,魚肉汁嫩沒有腥味,蘸上隨碟附上帶甜的醬油,味道更佳。
