Pentola意大利餐廳係觀塘YM² 開咗新店,同樣主打手工意粉,Pentola嘅意粉特別以混合意大利麵粉及本地九龍麵粉廠出產嘅麵粉製作而成,令意粉唔單止保留左小麥既原始香氣,亦增加咗口感~我哋選擇咗二人套餐 $368套餐包兩位餐湯、兩份前菜、兩份主菜、兩款飲品,選單中亦可以隨意加$ upgrade 餐湯;南瓜湯,南瓜味濃郁,口感香滑~前菜;白鯷魚茄子蓉多士多士鋪上茄子蓉醬再加上去骨白鯷魚魚片和淋上橄欖油,味道開胃~意大利風乾火腿拼盤我最鍾意食嘅前菜~主菜;新鮮波士頓龍蝦意粉 +$100半隻開邊龍蝦,賣相已經好靚,手工意粉口感豐富,麥香味濃~慢煮牛面頰番紅花意大利飯 +$60用紅酒慢煮三小時,令牛面頰肉質軟腍入味,意大利飯用咗高湯和番紅花一齊煮,味道獨特~

慢煮牛面頰番紅花意大利飯 +$60
用紅酒慢煮三小時,令牛面頰肉質軟腍入味,意大利飯用咗高湯和番紅花一齊煮,味道獨特~
