The other soup base, a garlic oil based one, was very substantial but was not anything special given that all ramen shops have that. We also ordered a snack, the takoyakis, and they were a great delight!
They were freshly made, and had a crunchy exterior with a steamy interior, and even had a piece of octopus for each ball.
Overall, great place in tai po/tai wo for a good bowl of ramen!
