每次提起fine dining 都會諗起西式, 韓式真係比較少見, 後黎到呢間位於中環既韓式Fine dining 試佢地既tasting menu, 體驗幾特別, 環境簡潔舒服, 係香港都食到咁傳統既韓國菜真係好正Hanwoo & Ddeok Galbi🥩煮到剛剛好肉質超腍身既韓牛唔洗點調味都好好食, 韓牛都係韓國一樣必食既野, 價錢仲要唔平, 能夠係呢個環境食到咁出色既韓牛係爽既Peach Sorbet🍑 清甜桃香味極濃既葩好消暑解膩, 桃味一啲都唔會假, 因為用左新鮮桃肉去整, 絕對係桃既愛好者必食既一款Makegoli Ice-cream🍦用韓國米酒整既雪糕好特別, 酒香味剛好唔會太濃烈, 本身都驚會太濃唔好食, 但係食落又覺得幾易入口Dasik Sun-dried Black Pineapple🍍 餐後茶點，用黑芝麻整成既韓國傳統糕點香港真係好少見到, 口感柔軟幾特別, 黑菠蘿乾酸酸地幾開胃, 用既仲要係新鮮菠蘿絕對真材實料係呢個環境食到咁傳純既韓國食物係幾正, 環境同氣氛都好舒服, 絕對適合同另一半或者朋友黎食
