To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不論早餐,午餐,晚餐...可以選擇的說話,都不用說...金記冰室,唯我獨選。這晚與男友看電影後晚飯,再次找到金記冰室醫肚。先來一個老火例湯,味精仍保持0%,丁點兒也沒有,還甜甜的。晚餐之一菜脯肉鬆煎蛋角!菜脯有肉鬆的配合,不太咸,雞蛋也煎至七成熟,還有少許滑蛋的口感。晚餐之二金菇沙爹粉絲牛肉煲!熱熱烘烘的,即叫即煲,粉絲和金茹吸收了沙爹汁,惹味十足,香香辣辣的。配飯一流,男友也胃口大開。再來一杯金記特飲~生薑鮮檸茶及蛋白杏仁茶!跟餐加配只需8元。我選擇了生薑鮮檸茶,薑味爆發,酸酸辣辣,暖身必選!薑肉足料十足的!
