To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2020年6月5日。晴。炮台山。放工唔想返屋企食,一個人就係食黃店唔使排隊嘅好時機!呢間想試好耐,上次想食佢咁啱冇開門呢日再嚟雖然有開門,但係原來啲枱畀人book晒獨食有着數,店員問可唔可以7點半時交枱嗰陣先6點,緊係冇問題喇~主食menu有兩版,有麵~亦有飯~煮物唔記得咗係蘿蔔定係冬瓜,總之煮得好入味~半烤鰹魚刺身配冷烏冬,$98半烤鰹魚刺身個樣睇落有啲似漬物,比平時嘅刺身深色啲味道就同平時刺身冇乜大分別,食落口感軟糯,味道鮮美~唔會有漬物嘅調味,所以係得個樣似~冷烏冬亦值得一讚,非常煙韌彈牙,好好味~埋單$100鬆啲,價錢合理
