To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去澳門咖哩王清湯腩叫外賣,仲以為大多數人都會叫咖哩或者牛腩,點知估錯咗,等食物期間,我見最多人叫嘅居然係口水雞飯😮,真係估佢唔到。我呢,身為牛控,見到 menu 寫嘅 “必食獲獎川醬乾炒牛河” 好似好吸引,於是就決定食呢個。咁好唔好食呢?我會話係幾好食嘅:牛河炒得幾夠鑊氣,牛肉唔覺太多鬆肉粉味,河粉條條沾滿醬油,味道偏濃,但唔會死鹹,亦唔算太油膩,加上少少麻辣味,唔錯。配料方面,有芽菜,韭黃,韭菜,洋蔥,椰菜絲等,加埋一齊,令到成個牛河味道更豐富。

咁好唔好食呢?我會話係幾好食嘅:牛河炒得幾夠鑊氣,牛肉唔覺太多鬆肉粉味,河粉條條沾滿醬油,味道偏濃,但唔會死鹹,亦唔算太油膩,加上少少麻辣味,唔錯。配料方面,有芽菜,韭黃,韭菜,洋蔥,椰菜絲等,加埋一齊,令到成個牛河味道更豐富。
