To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環老店全盛時期都食過幾次，每次都用晒成個lunch time，先叫左趕頭趕命咁食到，不過個味道又真係幾難忘。銅鑼灣店開左咁耐，終於第一次去食，都係食最愛嘅赤王。最鍾意lee d 有辣肉嘅辣拉麵，感覺特別惹味。濃淡軟硬多少都可以自己揀，看圖識字就唔講太多。湯底一樣好香濃，但無以前中環咁膩，可能有d 人會覺得唔夠濃郁，但我又覺得啱啱好，正。加雙重辣對我lee d 食開辣嘅人來講，好適合，唔會無味，但又唔覺得生活。招牌任夾嘅配料都仲係好正，雖然唔夠中環老店咁濃，但好似乾淨d.
