To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近新冠疫情轉趨嚴重,市面上堂食的人驟減。 餐廳裏既定單大多轉為外賣自取, 連我都唔例外。我叫咗個可以話堪稱王牌嘅焗豬扒飯, 個飯用錫紙承載, 目的係保持原有嘅溫度防止過早變涷。個飯色彩相當豐富而且配料相當多,有蕃茄、洋蔥,仲有主角豬扒, 精華所在嘅係啲藩莰醬汁送飯一絕一流, 而且味道方,啲豬扒連埋啲骨好腍, 分量都相當多年我呢個大食嘅人都差啲食唔曬, 到價錢方面,我就認為算是中規中矩, 單點一個焗豬扒飯45元正, ok啦
