行完PMQ想係附近食飯,發現呢間裝修嘅新派韓食店。一睇menu見到菜式幾得意,無理由唔入去試下。鐵錘芝士煙肉通粉 ($108)呢個鐵錘carbonara gimmick十足,想要食到入面嘅通粉首先要用鐵錘打爛外面嘅脆片,脆片本身咸咸哋幾得意。通粉落咗好creamy嘅芝士忌廉醬汁,配料方面亦一啲都唔吝嗇,每啖都食到炒到好香嘅煙肉同洋蔥,仲有啲菇,煮得非常惹味。而且份量十足,一份已經夠兩至三人食用。燒牛肋骨包菜 ($118)呢個牛肋牛菜包有好多件牛肋肉,而且每件都好大件,所以餐廳比咗把較剪我按自己喜好再剪細啲牛肉。牛肋肉味道好香,肉質有咬口但唔會好韌,配埋旁邊嘅泡菜同醬汁一齊包住生菜食,真係特別滋味!甜筒炸雞 ($88)大大件無骨炸雞用一個好似甜筒咁嘅器皿裝住,炸雞上面有忌廉同埋蕃薯蓉,夾埋一齊食甜甜地,而且無淨係食炸雞咁熱氣,另外,仲可以加埋蘑菇忌廉汁一齊食。不過呢個炸雞個炸粉唔係平時韓式炸雞嘅炸粉,有啲似popeyes chicken嗰啲炸雞柳,如果似返韓式炸雞多啲會仲好。芝士玉子卷 ($68)一切開蛋卷中間,芝士🧀就會流岀嚟,相當吸引!蛋卷未至於好嫩滑,但係幾有蛋香,上面嘅茄汁同BB
