To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌹元旦日訂了數碼港《南坊》吃早午餐,在Open rice訂坐,確定當天有位,方便安排行程。由鰂魚涌搭小巴去數碼港,大約35分鐘車程,由於地理關係,人比較少及清靜。早了到達,在路上遇到一處黃葉🍂林,驚喜。🌹餐廳位於數碼港艾美酒店內二樓,數月前翻新過,風格正是我喜歡的,藍調為主色,配上多個大大的窗,光線充足,陰天亦很光猛,座椅坐得舒適,而檯與檯距離合適,望住窗外樹木及海,感覺像渡假,很放鬆!假日沒有套餐,我們單點了8款點心,吃得飽飽,點心美味,價錢合理,大滿足!墨魚汁蟹肉墨魚小籠包特色—墨魚汁小籠包三色蝦餃皇賣相美,餡料足,蝦爽彈黑椒芝士和牛春卷和味脆口組合水煮藤椒牛肉球麻辣味提升牛肉口感竹炭叉燒包餡料足鹹水角賣相可人,外脆內糯雪燕蛋撻仔撻皮酥脆,但不熱黑毛豬牛肉燒餅皮酥鬆,內餡惹味
