To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚小弟來到這家位於金鐘的西餐廳,並相約了友人在這裡一聚,方便大家下班的地點,這裡環境不錯,空間感足。今晚未算人多,可能是中區晚市的常態吧,但正好讓我們有空間暢所慾言。 點了沙律,菜夠新鮮,紅菜頭清甜爽口,加上葵子,又增添另一份口感味覺。 什菇意粉,用料非常足,有不同的芝士,喜愛芝士的朋友必選,還有不同類型的菇,中和芝士的膩感。 甜品,點了香橙芝士蛋糕,賣相吸引,面頭以香橙味的cream cheese作主體,味道清新,甜度適中,加上脆脆批底,為不錯的甜品。
