To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天可算是中式之日，晚餐又到酒樓吃粵菜，見到一些很久沒見的遠房親戚，也來了闊別多年的將軍澳。先點了叉燒，份量都算多，而且幾夠味。之後點了晚飯三寶，包括八寶如意齋、翡翠炒龍躉球和金菇雲耳蒸龍躉頭腩。每一碟份量不多，不過七個人吃時剛好。其實整體味道不錯，環境佈置很優雅舒適，但上菜速度太快，一次過上齊多道菜使食物新鮮度不足。
