To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

环境佳食好味的地方

今日天氣很好，所以中午就和同事一起过来这边食lunch，虽然这边交通不是很方便，不过是骑单车的好地方，風景很漂亮，是个很好hea的地方中午的午餐套餐68元，而且质素很好，不像有些地方收西餐的价却吃得是茶餐厅的质素。虽然只是普通的spaghetti，不过意粉不会太软，不错，看到同事的牛排套餐也很大件牛排。大家一起order了个大的nachos，然后有3种酱配，雖然有點貴，但nachos焗的剛剛好，非常脆，和cheese一起非常惹味。
