To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左幾個朋友一齊睇演唱會，一早就係加太賀book左間房仔，印象都有十年冇黎過，印象細個跟屋企人黎既時候感覺呢度好熱鬧好有去左日本咁既感覺，冇誇張到，因為成條街好多日本旗仔，太鼓呢類既裝飾同埋D侍應都係著晒和服招呼你，不過到左宜家大個自己同D朋友黎食就冇左以前果種感覺，講返食物既質素其實都不過不失，熟食比較出色，壽司好似唔夠新鮮，刺身既三文魚幾好食幾香，如果只以食物味道，呢個價錢似乎略嫌貴，但去一間餐廳除左食物之外環境﹑服務態度都包括在內，整體黎計都物有所值。

Other Info. : 題外話，因為我地係坐房要經常叫侍應order落單, 服務等等，其實都叫得幾頻密，我都覺得有D唔好意思，但係果度D姐姐都冇話黑口黑面，服務態度都算係咁XD
