早前lunch的時候跟同事來過這裡食飯,覺得食物都不錯,所以今晚相約了朋友再來吃晚飯。餐廳位於商埸的地庫,一落電梯就會見到一幅花牆,感覺很grand,餐廳有圓枱也有梳化位,播著柔和的純音樂。這裡的餐牌是用電子版的,看過餐牌後點了幾款食物試試。杞子花雕醉雞($68),雞肉嫩滑,有淡淡的花雕酒味!金腿娃娃菜($88),湯底清甜,娃娃菜吸了湯的味道,加上菜本身的鮮甜,感覺很清新!日喜灌湯小籠包($63),小籠包的皮不會好厚,包內湯汁都幾多,餡料鮮甜!羅春閣爆汁生煎包($68),這款是以小鑊仔上的,生煎包非常熱,食的時候要小心被湯汁燙親!生煎包煎得都脆,餡料幾juicy!北京填鴨(半隻)($228),原來新張期間填鴨做緊七折,所以都幾抵食!這裡怕薄餅凍左唔好食,所以會用爐熱住啲水令蒸氣熱住啲皮唔會變硬!填鴨的皮燒得好脆,肉都幾juicy!再夾上薄餅、青瓜、京蔥同埋烤鴨醬一齊食!總括黎講餐廳裝修被人一種好grand的感覺,食物種類都幾多!下次約多啲人黎試佢個百碟宴先!
