To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想帶媽咪去一間靚啲嘅酒樓飲茶，我哋住沙田所以去咗石門搵食，第一次來呢間煌苑，估唔到佢環境原來係好靚，又新淨，原來可以擺酒，唔怪得知周圍都係水晶燈，好友公主感覺，飲茶都飲得開心啲環境咁靚，嘢食都唔算貴，下午茶來講算OK😋蝦餃燒賣係兩粒兩粒咁樣一籠，啱晒我哋兩個人，一人一粒。質素唔錯，大大粒，有蝦有口感😋魚肉釀尖椒一定要點我最鍾意食嘅尖椒，佢keep住左好多核喺入面，都好辣下，正呀！都算釀咗好多魚肉入去，煎到香香地，大大條，唔錯😋鮮蝦豆苗餃皮薄餡靚，啲客都算大大隻，豆苗趣口，果皮少少煙韌，熱辣辣，大大姐，好味！仲要係孖寶入邊， $30都唔使就可以揀兩款，抵食總結：環境好靚，飲茶同擺酒都好適合，食物味道不錯，會再來！💗煌苑📍石門安群街1號京瑞廣場二期3樓
