Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我識唔識食就唔知, 不過, 識我既朋友都知道, 我勁中意食嘢....o向我朋友仔推介之下, 而且, 聽講都唔錯... 咁樣, 又一次畀個機會我見識見識.入到門口, 已經畀個裝潢吸引住.... 當好味既食物配合埋一個正環境, 當然系一級享受啦.我每去一間餐廳, 特別注意咖啡, 來到一定要試下! 唔好講少, 真系正到不得了!!!! 我絕對系一個咖啡精! 當日其實我已經飲左3柸, 去到Flint... 再飲2柸...  當日, O向朋友仔特別安排下, 我地有幸食到個超正既Platter..(Burrata, Tartan steak, Prama Ham, 魚生.....) 碟長成張枱咁, 我同朋友見到都心花怒放!未食已經畀個買相吸引住. 貪食人事不異之選. Tartan 一定系我推介! Parma Ham同魚生亦好唔錯, 大家不防一試下一度菜就系Clam Chower, 我一食落去已經暈左....點解? 已經好多年無食過一個咁啱口味既鮮味, 濃度適中既胎打魚湯. 一O的都唔膩! 食埋麵包送口, 簡直一流!!!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 我地兩個女仔, 由開頭食到中段

 我地兩個女仔, 由開頭食到中段, 已經幾飽... 點知.... 原本只系O向lunch menu先有既burger,
竟然dinner都特別安排左畀我0地... 晚飯時間, 我真系好少點burger, 但經過里一餐, 原來, 改下口味都真系幾唔錯喎..
食Burger, 唔理O向幾多粒星既酒店或街邊食, 當然系用手攞住食啦... 我從來都唔太接受用刀叉. 點解? 咁樣可以令我更享受美食既感覺囉.  
肉汁剛剛好, 唔會食到邊食邊成手系; 肉質又正, 食得出好新鮮之餘, 個burger包外脆內軟, 加埋啲肉汁又好味, ... 正!!! 最怕嗰O的, 食食下包肉分開既burger, 里個唔會喎 ~~~@@@
再加上我地有幸Flint總廚serve我地, 就更加系受寵若驚.... 無得頂.
