最近發現旺角有一家新開的火鍋店「明記 · 潮窩」,性價比甚高,頗值得一試。環境新簇簇,用具新淨,而且人流不算很多,感覺舒適。加上店員的服務殷勤,值得加分。點了潮式滷水鍋,是新嘗試,湯底的味道濃郁,料頭香,煮過的食材都帶淡淡的滷水味,正!刺身拼盤,有三文魚、油甘魚、北寄貝、希靈魚和八爪魚,每一樣都新鮮肥美,味道很好。讓人驚喜的是,他們的海鮮都是現撈現煮,海鮮不會留過夜,賣剩的給員工做福食,超慷慨老闆。自設大水缸,以暫養海鮮,讓海鮮保持最新鮮的狀態。點了至尊海鮮套餐B,有生猛海鮮十款,每位$338,包括了象拔蚌仔、潮州蠔、基圍蝦、大花甲、魷魚、青口、龍蝦、南非鮑魚、帶子和聖子皇,豪華組合,鮮甜味道好。龍蝦象拔蚌仔只需煮10至15秒,便可以享用!南非鉋魚,任煮唔韌的 🤭🤭🤭青口扇貝當然少不了手切本地肥牛,跟海鮮餐同點可享$138優惠價,肥牛質素高,有驚喜,是那種亂煮一通也會鬆軟唔韌的!蔬菜也是不可缺少的一環,點了雜菜藍,$38超值價!有菜心、油麥菜、蓮藕、粟米、小雲耳、娃娃菜、生菜和車厘茄,全籃都新鮮,味道當然也很好。熊仔檸檬茶,超級大杯抵飲!😍😍😍 目測有近一公升,配火絕配!
