世上最好的禦寒方法,相信必定是吃火鍋,早前天氣急降至9度,我便與媽媽來到明記吃火鍋。餐廳最近推出了午餐無限時食到飽火鍋餐,當中有兩款選擇,價錢分別是特級安格斯任食HK$168及生猛海鮮牛頸脊任食HK$218。媽媽和我都愛吃海鮮,所以我們二人都點了生猛海鮮牛頸脊任食,內容非常豐富。當中包括大量海鮮,如:生猛本灣蟹、基圍蝦、花甲、龍躉片、白鱔片及魷魚等等。而牛肉方面,則有安格期牛頸脊、安格斯牛肩胛、特選牛板腱等。其他火鍋配料的款式選擇亦不少,餃子、丸類、豆類、蔬菜及粉麵。而飲品方面,可樂、忌廉、雪碧等汽水,以及自家泡製的竹蔗茅根等飲品,全都是以自助形式任飲。火鍋湯底方面,共有8款選擇,雙拼的話則要多加HK$30。基圍蝦送上來時,基圍蝦還是跳跳紮的,絶對是新鮮活蝦,而蝦肉爽彈鮮甜,不用加上醬汁亦已經夠鮮味。生猛本灣蟹本灣蟹挺大隻,蟹肉結實,蟹膏是淺黃色的,甘香鮮甜。安格期牛頸脊、安格斯牛肩胛牛頸脊大大塊的,口感結實,油花不重,但肉味突出;牛肩胛入口有點點筋位,肉香有嚼勁。黃酒雞件雞肉口感非常嫰滑,肉多骨少,入口不但有濃郁的酒香,還有重重的雞香味。生劏龍躉片及生劏白鱔片龍躉片是厚切的,味道鮮甜,魚皮煙韌有彈性,魚肉嫰滑,入口啖啖肉;而白鱔片則是薄切,入口爽脆零骨絲,由於太好吃的關係,我們決定encore。除了火鍋配料外,我們亦點了數款小食,日式南瓜餅外層炸得非常香脆,內裏則是口感綿綿的南瓜蓉,甜度適中,不會過甜;榴蓮炸彈同樣是外酥內爆漿,榴蓮味道巨香濃;脆炸鮮奶卷層是黃金脆皮,內層軟滑,味道甜甜的,超讚。 continue reading
