To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日同啲朋友去試下呢間新野,感覺裝修得幾好,食物都幾好食,但係坐位都幾逼,以佢夜晚係食雞煲個類較大食品真係好細、好逼夾,行到既位置都細,見住啲員工拎住一個個鍋真係有啲驚,不過啲野食都幾好食。另外,就係成日漏單🙄,唔止我地個枱,連隔離個啲枱都係咁,個鍋雖然都幾快有,但係啲配菜就漏,見到啲員工都幾忙咁,吹咗一次都唔好意思再吹佢地,可能係人手不足問題。此外,舖頭細既好處係人少啲都無咁嘈,可以靜啲咁同朋友眾下,但係有個處員工係廖啲客傾計😑,説話大聲,其實個日都幾多人下,我見到其他員工都忙緊唔明點解佢有時間吹水,可能佢係老細?總之就嘈到我有啲燥😡,不過見啲野食好食我無出聲😤。仲有,同一個員工又唔識落單、又唔識收錢,擾攘咗好耐我先食到同埋單🙄,希望下次再食唔會再遇到呢啲問題。最後,環境雖然幾好,但係唔係太乾淨,我見啲爐放係地下,希望會放上枱既野都唔好放係地下,好唔衛生,由其個地下都幾污糟,有油有骨,我見到幾次啲員工差啲滑倒😨,環境衛生有待改善🤔。拋開以上問題,值得一讚既真係啲野食,啲魚即叫即劏、好新鮮,雞煲都好好食,下次希望試到羊腩煲☺️
