To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這餐廳有好多分店,今晚我跟朋友特意去金鐘,希望吃完後可以逛一逛政府總部的公園。由於是商業區,下班後的晚上比較寧靜,這餐廳設有戶外區域,像酒吧一樣的氣氛, 十分舒服。龍蝦湯味道濃郁,配搭的麵包🥯鬆軟微熱,很喜歡。蕎麥沙律有點驚喜,他用蓮藕作為食材之一,切到像薯片一樣薄,很惹味,而且感覺比新鮮蓮藕更吸引。羊架大大件,香草味濃,配料充足。我最喜歡就是這個班尼蛋,配上三文魚,鹹淡適中,還有加了$40的黑色魚子醬,感覺很矜貴。他的班cake很特別,有咸有甜,我點了鹹味,皮不夠軟。整體也喜歡💕
