To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去左將軍澳海賓長廊到散步順便睇下有咩食見到間西餐就入左去試下叫左BBQ 烤雞薄餅,燒烤醬味濃郁卻不會過膩,雞肉肉質嫩滑,薄餅口感軟熟,配上拉絲芝士、香烤蘑菇、紫洋蔥和燈籠椒,令香味昇華。醬汁燒排骨,侷得耐左少少,但醬汁惹味可口,排骨大大條,啖啖肉好滋味,燒得微焦的排骨邊脆口帶有一種獨特香味。香草番茄海鮮意大利飯最適合不好辣既屋企人,番茄味道濃郁,意大利飯吸收曬番茄、海鮮、雞湯既精華,同事食到番茄的甜味和海鮮的鮮味,飯粒口感算是不錯,再硬身少少就正。每次都抗拒唔到香辣蒜蓉白酒蜆肉意粉,呢間醬汁做得不錯,意粉滲滿蜆肉鹹香、酒香和蒜香,看似簡單既一道意粉,要煮得入味唔係一件易事。
