To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情關係已經好少出去食飯,今日一行8人出去食餐好環境好靚嘅地方食晚飯🥣!一入到去已經被超靚嘅景觀吸引住,好快我哋就攞到位!坐低就有個蝦片小食,唔知係咪肚餓關係已經好好味😋開始有嘢食啦!金蒜拍青瓜,陳醋雲耳,爽口又清甜非常好食!再嚟一個脆皮BB豬,好食、南海燉鍋翅,嘩!非常濃郁嘅湯再嚟片皮鴨,好味! 我最愛😝一條魚蒸虎杉班,我已經好飽了!在黎個鹿兒島和牛生菜包、珍珠鮑魚糯米飯,樣樣嘢都咁好食已經飽到上心口!再嚟多一個冰花南瓜西米露、紅棗糕、紅豆糯米糍, 超滿足🎉有機會一定試埋佢個午市點心🥧
