《灘五鄉 - 灣仔》停左寫食評好一段時間,原因係摺埋左自己一排。呢排出返黎,一約人就遇到好野!灣仔曾經有段時間係我最初去嘅地方,唔入D巷仔都唔知開左好野,成個外觀好似去左日本咁!11月開始冇咁熱,就仲有埋露天位俾你一路食一路吹風!完全有預感呢間會成為我日後經常飲野吹水嘅優先選擇!呢間野係居酒屋,以食串燒為主。今日咁岩Lunch黎就有set食,午市定食$138起都算親民,呢個價食到日本廚師主理燒物,真係唔貴。今餐食完我同朋友都話一定要搵晚黎食串燒!經理見我地撞入黎,都知我地係第一次黎。信心滿滿向我地介紹呢度個我即燒鰻魚好出名,我坐bar枱望住佢燒和牛又燒鰻魚,工夫呃唔到人。所以我地就二話不說決定左,要一個蒲燒鰻魚丼定食($268)同一個日本和牛牛扒定食($328)。我最鍾意見到乜就食乜,我信自己對眼!香港地食鰻魚如果唔係即燒,好多味道都一式一款。關東風,軟身,重甜醬油味。呢度,你會食到佢輕手d,因為即燒,可以做到白燒鰻魚果種彈彈地嘅口感,面頭仲有焦脆。唔係平時百幾蚊果d鰻魚飯俾到你嘅水準。而個飯都做得非常好,唔好太軟,粒粒分明又吸汁!完全係驚靘到我,好少係香港食到日本味道嘅鰻魚飯。呢個野

呢個野坦白講,個賣相比鰻魚差了不少。初初期望都唔大,入口有驚喜!講真和牛我食好多,其實來來去去都係幾款,但呢個和牛志不在肉質,而係廚師嘅技術。

和牛扒果個焦香,唔只係油香。而係肉香。呢個有賴廚師對件牛嘅理解,用咩火先可以做到保留肉質嫩滑而表面有梅納反應。佢有柚子胡椒、竹炭鹽、岩鹽同炸蒜片俾你自己揀黎配,我推竹炭鹽,唔會太咸,淡淡的提味。呢間灣仔友一定要book mark!
