同事發咗達,lunch time已經食和牛啦🤷🏻‍♀️不過呢個價錢絕對物超所值👍🏻唔好睇佢個牛扒好似平平無奇咁,入口嘅感覺都令人幾印象深刻😍以為日本和牛實係好油膩好滯嗰種感覺,但係佢呢一個牛扒反而係食到牛肉嘅香味,當然佢個質感都係和牛嗰種軟嫩感覺,有油香但係絕對唔肥膩,可以配搭柚子胡椒、竹炭鹽、岩鹽又或者炸蒜片一齊食,個人覺得竹炭鹽同埋柚子胡椒嘅味道都好適合用嚟點個牛扒,我個人建議用竹炭鹽配Wasabi點個牛扒就最正👍🏻

家的附近又開了一間日本過江龍新店,似乎好猛料,走過見到是居酒屋的模式,某日特意嚐新。這一隻名為「德島阿波尾雞翼」,其實只不過是一隻較為大隻的燒雞翼而已,雞皮不夠脆,雞骨何其堅硬,拗不斷,結果全程食得好艱辛,雞翼尖不停在面上撩來撩去,異常狼狽!本來抱有期待的軟殼蟹天婦羅,一開半卻又超級細隻。名符其實,軟殼蟹果然只得個殼,應該改名為「軟殼蟹殼天婦羅」。點醬有豉油和蒜味蛋黃醬,因天婦羅本身已有鹹味,小人只會推薦蛋黃醬。唯一較好食的就只有這道牛肋條。牛肋條肥瘦均勻,燒得夠香,帶燶邊位,肉質鬆嫩,而且鍋裡有不少菊花瓣,居然透出淡淡的菊花香,有新意。韓式甜辣汁甜甜的和著微辣,頗惹味。來到串燒,果然是一枝獨瘦。牛舌芯這就叫做厚喎……超級的靭,要瘋狂咀嚼超長時間才可吞嚥,好累!免治雞肉棒中間的雞軟骨也太大粒,極之啃牙,跟上的蛋黃全無蛋香。刺身五盛包括海膽、甜蝦、鯛魚、拖羅及吞拿魚。跑出的當然是海膽!鮮美綿滑不在話下,配以青瓜片更能突顯海膽的出色!魚生正常表現,反而甜蝦夠爽,更勝一籌!香蔥吞拿魚腩脆脆繼續不能承接優勢。蔥不夠香,吞拿魚腩未夠肥美都是其次,最大問題乃是那片類似鍋巴的脆脆只是硬而不能稱之為脆

燒蛋卷
好香蛋味,見到上菜已經出煙,即整夠熱,配蘿蔔醬汁加豉油,係另一個味道,簡直係絕配。

白燒鰻魚
欣賞佢做到無骨,夠熱,新鮮,而且無魚腥味。超讚,再配搭佢唔同嘅調味料食法,
有鰻魚甜醬汁,山椒粉,海鹽,我比較鍾意食山椒粉同甜醬汁。

燒淮山
厚切保持咗淮山嘅口感,加上紫菜碎,好香,保持好鮮有汁的味道,好特式。

燒A4 京都姬和牛
日本京都綾部牧場的京都姬牛,只選雌性而未懷孕的黑毛和牛,飲用天然井水,飼料內含酵母、維他命、澱粉質和蛋白質等,脂肪比例少而肉質柔軟。
食落去好滑,好淋,脂肪分配得非常好,有和牛味,入口即溶嘅感覺,亦都配上一啲調味料,可以試吓唔同嘅味道配搭,十分之難忘。

燒豚肉生菜卷
福岡特產,外面豚肉包住生菜,豚肉外面煎得少少脆,好似煙肉嘅感覺,但亦保持肉汁嘅鮮味,我第一次食呢一個燒豚肉生菜卷,真係好特別,而且我都覺得好好味味道。

燒玻璃豬
厚切有口感,有肉汁,有豬腩味,肥瘦分配得剛剛好。

燒紫蘇葉豚肉卷。
好香的紫蘇葉味道,我都好鍾意呢個味道,而且豚肉燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾身,保持肉汁嘅鮮味同埋口感,實在太好味,令人回味無窮,層次感非常豐富。

燒牛舌
厚切,厚切牛舌非常之好味道,非常有效感。

燒豆腐
有兩種味道,分別蒜汁鹹味,同燒汁甜甜地,外脆內軟,有豆腐嘅味道,好特別,又有營養,我都好鍾意。

仲有燒番薯,燒雞冠,燒雞臀肉等等,應有盡有,多選擇。
雞pat pat,朋友食,我唔食,但佢食得好開心enjoy.

燒蘆筍
保持住蘆筍嘅多汁,唔會燒得太乾身,我好欣賞佢嘅燒烤方法,恰到好處。

特別的七味粉,少辣,有紫蘇葉味,特別之處係同平時嘅七味粉非常之唔同,而且佢係由日本一個家庭,自家製,外邊是沒有得賣的,味道非常之特別同有意思,有誠意。

High ball 酒
冰係精髓,用特別嘅冰肌製造成大冰塊,有好香的威士忌香味,再加泰國大象梳打,呢杯一定要飲要試,好味道,好香的感覺。

最後我叫咗兩個甜品,一個係士多啤梨大福,一個係蕨餅,我最鍾意食嘅就係蕨餅即叫即整,非常之柔軟,好似拉絲咁樣,再加上佢嘅黑糖,超級好味道,呢個甜品係必食之選

整體上,我非常之滿意,所以要推介俾大家,而且真係好有氣氛。仲識到坐我身邊嘅食客,大家分享喺度食嘢嘅經驗,真開心。

服務:非常之好,細心,又有禮貌,而且仲好照顧顧客。

交通:非常之方便,附近有地鐵站,亦都容易截的士仲有巴士同叮叮添

不過隨著合和嘅收購,呢幾年呢區嘅發展可以話面目全非,除咗已經有大型商場試業外,嚟緊合和酒店仲會年底開幕,當然附近都開咗唔少新餐廳,價錢大眾化之餘,選擇亦夠多,啱晒附近嘅上班一族。


就好似今次阿叔去嘅呢間日式居酒屋,餐廳以暗黑風格為主,加上店外掛滿日式燈籠,非常型格。呢度嘅午餐選擇之多可以話係市面非常少見,一共16款嘅午市定食,海鮮丼飯、鰻魚定食、串燒、和牛、炸雞等,包羅萬有,真心一個月日日嚟食都唔會厭呢!

星期日諗住早啲食飯,17:50落完order, 18:05差唔多上哂菜,叫咗4次暫停,冇人睬。離譜到一個點。負責人話入咗單師傅就燒,咁點解我叫咗四次暫停,都冇人叫師傅hold住。因為冇客人,連埋我哋得兩枱客,所以就唔理客人食唔食得切,有理冇理都照上。落單個女侍應帶住耳機,同佢講嘢又聽唔到,淨係識係咁推介我哋叫呢樣叫嗰樣,又唔會同我哋分單上菜,3個人就喺呢15分鐘內已經有10樣嘢擺喺枱面,食串燒應該慢慢上,慢慢食,啲串燒凍咗邊好食,搞到我哋就要係咁趕住食。簡直垃圾食市,唔怪之得香港人要北上消費😡!!!
