To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁今日lunch hour係圓方，就搵下有咩好食啦，見到千兩有lunch set，就走左入去試下。舖頭都叫大，位置都好夠，所以坐得都好舒服。佢lunch set款式真係好多，我就叫左個珍壽司🍣烏冬定食。咁一睇之下分量唔算大，女仔就岩岩好既，男仔應該唔夠食。咁天婦羅係岩岩炸好，但唔太油，都幾脆，所以唔錯既。烏冬就正正常常，係個湯無味，好似水咁。壽司方便有5件，係個吞拿幾好食，整體都好鮮既，可能我太耐無食壽司，所以覺得唔錯。
