To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行旺角的時候有點口渴，想飲杯珍珠奶茶，天仁會是我的首選。這間天仁茗茶就在油麻地地鐡站隔離，和其他分店唔同的是比較多位置企，有d吧枱，比你可以等茶飲。我和朋友每人各叫了一杯，我叫了珍珠鮮奶綠，他叫了913茶王加珍珠。我最愛天仁茗茶的原因是他們的珍珠真的好好吃，每粒都好煙韌，煨得有甜味，但唔會是死甜的那種。我之前叫開都是珍珠鮮奶綠（$27）。朋友叫我試下他的913鮮奶茶加珍珠（$31），茶味好濃，有層次，是會有回甘的那種，我下次都會叫呢款。天仁茗茶在這一年都加了價，但其實都比大部份其他茶飲店平，所以都仲係我的首選。
